Joe leads marketing across GOOD's teams with a focus on community management, brand building, and new endeavors. His work has taken him from corporate innovation in Paris to leading communications for the launch of Washington state’s marriage equality campaign. Having started his career in consumer PR for Microsoft, he shifted his focus toward social impact, working on major campaigns for American Express, Google, Skanska, State of Victoria, and the United Nations Foundation. Passionate about sustainable cities, he was marketing director for Blanton Turner where he launched thousands of housing units in Seattle that focused on deep green construction and historic reuse. He’s a graduate of the University of Illinois where he studied advertising and film. Outside of work, he volunteers in sustainability and likes studying languages, photography and walking (not driving!) around LA.
